Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp honey powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Put parchment paper on a baking tray.
  • Dry the wings with a paper towel.
  • Mix spices in a bowl: honey powder, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
  • Add cornstarch to make the wings crispy.
  • Mix wings with oil in a bowl.
  • Coat wings with the seasoning mix.
  • Put wings on a wire rack over the tray.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes. Flip them halfway.
  • Check temperature (165°F inside).
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

  • Use fresh wings for better taste.
  • Let the wings sit for five minutes before eating.
  • For extra crunch, broil for two minutes.
  • Add more cayenne for extra spice.
  • Air fry at 400°F for 20-25 minutes for a quick meal.
