- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 2 tbsp honey powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp oil
Heat oven to 400°F. Put parchment paper on a baking tray.
Dry the wings with a paper towel.
Mix spices in a bowl: honey powder, cayenne, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt.
Add cornstarch to make the wings crispy.
Mix wings with oil in a bowl.
Coat wings with the seasoning mix.
Put wings on a wire rack over the tray.
