Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken chopped
  • 1/2 cup cooked shrimp chopped
  • 1/2 cup pork chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots diced
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers diced
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Add vegetable oil to a wok or pan and heat it.
  • Add garlic and stir until it smells good.
  • Add chopped chicken, shrimp, and pork.
  • Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
  • Shift the meat to one side of the pan before adding eggs.
  • Pour in beaten eggs and cook them.
  • Mix eggs with the meat.
  • Add carrots, peas, and bell peppers.
  • Cook for 3 minutes until soft.
  • Add cooked rice and stir everything.
  • Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
  • Add salt and black pepper.
  • Stir thoroughly and let it cook for another three minutes.
  • Remove from heat and add green onions.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use cold, old rice for better texture.
  • Cut vegetables into small, even pieces.
  • Cook meat first so it does not get too dry.
  • Cook on high heat for the best taste.
  • Add more or less soy sauce to your liking.
