Add vegetable oil to a wok or pan and heat it.
Add garlic and stir until it smells good.
Add chopped chicken, shrimp, and pork.
Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat.
Shift the meat to one side of the pan before adding eggs.
Pour in beaten eggs and cook them.
Mix eggs with the meat.
Add carrots, peas, and bell peppers.
Cook for 3 minutes until soft.
Add cooked rice and stir everything.
Pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Add salt and black pepper.
Stir thoroughly and let it cook for another three minutes.
Remove from heat and add green onions.
Serve hot and enjoy!
