- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped small
- 2 garlic pieces chopped tiny
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt as you like
Warm pan on medium heat.
Put beef in the pan.
Break beef into tiny bits.
Cook until brown, about 8 minutes.
Take out extra fat.
Add chopped onion to beef.
Cook until the onion is soft, 3 minutes.
Add garlic and stir.
Cook garlic for 1 minute.
Pour ketchup in the pan.
Add mustard and sugar.
Put in Worcestershire sauce too.
Add chili powder and cumin.
Put in pepper and water.
Mix it all together well.
Cook on low heat now.
Mash beef with masher.
Cook for 20 minutes, stir a lot.
Add salt if you want.
Put hot sauce on food.
