Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Cut the cooked chicken into small pieces.
  • Chop the celery into tiny pieces.
  • Put the chicken and celery in a large bowl.
  • Mix mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in another small bowl.
  • Add sugar, lemon juice, and mustard.
  • Pour the dressing over the chicken mix.
  • Stir well until everything is mixed.
  • Taste and add more seasoning if needed.
  • Place in the fridge with a cover for one hour.
  • Serve cold with bread, crackers, or lettuce.
