- 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Heat oven to 375°F. Grease baking dishes with oil.
Gently melt butter in a small pot on low flame.
Add garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir.
Mix in paprika, parsley, and thyme. Turn off heat.
Put shrimp in small baking dishes.
Pour garlic butter on top of shrimp.
Add white wine for more taste.
Sprinkle Gruyère and Parmesan cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until shrimp turn pink.
Serve hot with bread. Enjoy!
