Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and cleaned
  • 1/2 lb scallops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • Lemon wedges for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a pan on medium heat.
  • Add onions and garlic, cook until soft.
  • Add Cajun seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper to shrimp and scallops.
  • Cook seafood in the pan until it turns pink.
  • Add chicken broth and heavy cream, mix well.
  • Let the sauce cook and thicken for 5-7 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve alongside lemon wedges.
