  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions

  • Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, and seasonings.
  • Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, mix buttermilk, egg, and hot sauce.
  • Coat the Wings: Dip wings in the wet mix, then in the dry mix.
  • Rest the Wings: Let wings sit for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
  • Heat the Oil: Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F.
  • Fry the Wings: Fry wings in batches for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
  • Drain and Serve: Remove wings, drain oil, and serve hot.
