Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cornstarch optional

Instructions
 

  • Take out all the spices.
  • Measure each one with a spoon.
  • Put them in a bowl.
  • Mix everything very well.
  • Use a funnel to pour into a jar.
  • Close the jar tight with a lid.
  • Keep in a cool, dry place.
  • Use 2 spoons per pound of meat.

Notes

  1. Add more chili if you like spicy food.
  2. Don’t add salt if you want less sodium.
  3. Use smoked paprika for extra taste.
  4. Add sugar if you like it sweet.
