Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 small piece of ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • A pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat a cup of water in a pot until it boils.
  • Add honey and stir until it melts.
  • Stir in lemon juice and turmeric powder.
  • Add black pepper and grated ginger.
  • Mix well and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass.
  • Add apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt.
  • Stir and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use fresh ginger for better taste.
  • Add more lemon juice for a sour taste.
  • Let the tonic cool before adding ice.
  • You can also add mint for extra freshness.
