- 6 cups green cabbage chopped
- 1 cup red cabbage chopped
- 1 cup carrots grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Chop green cabbage small.
Chop red cabbage too.
Grate carrots with grater.
Mix cabbage and carrots.
Put in a big bowl.
Mix mayonnaise in a small bowl.
Add sugar to it.
Pour in vinegar and lemon.
Add seeds, salt, pepper.
Mix until smooth sauce.
Pour sauce on cabbage.
Stir it all together.
