Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups green cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup red cabbage chopped
  • 1 cup carrots grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Chop green cabbage small.
  • Chop red cabbage too.
  • Grate carrots with grater.
  • Mix cabbage and carrots.
  • Put in a big bowl.
  • Mix mayonnaise in a small bowl.
  • Add sugar to it.
  • Pour in vinegar and lemon.
  • Add seeds, salt, pepper.
  • Mix until smooth sauce.
  • Pour sauce on cabbage.
  • Stir it all together.
  • Cover the bowl.
  • Put it in the fridge for 4 hours.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

  • Fresh cabbage is crunchy.
  • Keep in the fridge overnight, it tastes better.
  • Add less sugar if you want.
  • Pour sauce slowly, not too wet.
  • Mix again before you serve.
