- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sweet chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon sriracha use less if not spicy
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- A little salt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Put mayonnaise in the bowl.
Add ketchup and sweet chili sauce.
Add garlic and onion powder.
Sprinkle paprika into the bowl.
Add sriracha and mustard.
Squeeze in lemon juice.
Mix it well with a whisk.
Keep mixing until smooth.
Taste it and add salt.
