Ingredients
  

  • 5 fresh jalapenos
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup green chilies

Instructions
 

  • Wash and cut the jalapenos. Remove seeds to reduce heat.
  • Heat a saucepan and cook the jalapenos until soft.
  • Let the jalapenos cool for a few minutes.
  • Put jalapenos, cilantro, garlic, and onions in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • In a bowl, mix sour cream and mayonnaise.
  • Add the blended jalapeno mix.
  • Put in salt, pepper, cumin, and lime juice.
  • Stir well until creamy.
  • Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
