Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried lemon zest

Instructions
 

  • Put all the spices in a clean bowl.
  • Mix them well using a spoon or whisk.
  • Make sure the mix looks even in color.
  • Place a funnel on the spice jar (if needed).
  • Slowly pour the spice mix into the jar.
  • Close the jar lid tight and shake it once.
  • Place the jar somewhere cool and away from light.

Notes

  • Use fresh dried spices for better flavor.
  • Add more cayenne if you like it hot.
  • Use dried lemon zest for a bright taste.
