Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup seafood stock
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup crushed crackers
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Warm butter in a pan over medium heat until liquid.
  • Stir in flour and cook for one minute.
  • Slowly add heavy cream and seafood stock.
  • Stir until the sauce gets thick.
  • Add salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • Mix in the cooked lobster meat.
  • Add lemon juice for freshness.
  • Put the mixture into a baking dish.
  • Mix crushed crackers with Parmesan and parsley.
  • Sprinkle topping over the lobster mixture.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  • Give it five minutes to settle before serving.
