  • 1 cup low-fat milk or almond milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes optional
  • 1 small banana optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter optional
  • 1 tablespoon crushed cookies for topping
