Ingredients
  

  • 2 Persian cucumbers
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 green onion chopped

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the cucumbers.
  • Cut them into small pieces.
  • Put the cucumber pieces in a bowl.
  • Add salt and mix well.
  • Let them sit for 10 minutes.
  • Drain the extra water.
  • Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  • Mix in sugar, garlic, and chili flakes.
  • Stir well until everything is coated.
  • Scatter sesame seeds and chopped green onions over the top.
  • Keep in the fridge for 10 minutes before eating.
