Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1/2 lb ground beef optional
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Grease a baking pan.
  • Cook spaghetti in salty water until soft. Drain well.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan. Cook ground beef until brown. Drain fat.
  • Add red sauce to the beef. Mix in garlic, onion, oregano, and basil. Cook for 10 minutes.
  • Mix ricotta cheese with salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Put spaghetti in the baking pan. Spread ricotta cheese on top.
  • Pour meat sauce over the pasta. Spread it out.
  • Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cover with foil.
  • Bake for 25 minutes. Take off foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
  • Let it sit for 5 minutes before eating.

Notes

  • Use fresh cheese for better taste.
  • Let the baked spaghetti rest before eating.
  • Add chili flakes for some spice.
  • Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier choice.
  • Make more if you want leftovers.
