Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 small jalapeño seeded
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry the cilantro leaves.
  • Take off the stems and keep the leaves.
  • Cut the jalapeño and remove the seeds.
  • Put cilantro, mayonnaise, and sour cream in a blender.
  • Pour in lime juice, vinegar, and buttermilk.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Slowly add olive oil while blending.
  • Taste the dressing and adjust the salt or lime juice.
  • Put it in an airtight container and refrigerate.

  • Use fresh cilantro for the best taste.
  • Add more lime juice for a tangy flavor.
  • Let it chill for 30 minutes before serving.
  • Add more jalapeño if you like spice.
