- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup water
- 2 black tea bags
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 3 cardamom pods crushed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Pour water and milk into a pot.
Heat on medium until warm, but do not boil.
Add tea bags to the pot.
Let them sit for five minutes.
Add cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, and cloves.
Stir and let it cook for five more minutes.
Take out tea bags and add sugar.
Stir until the sugar is mixed in.
Add vanilla and stir again.
Filter the tea into a cup and sip while hot.
