Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups green cabbage shredded
  • 2 cups red cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup carrots grated
  • 1/4 cup red onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Wash and dry all vegetables.
  • Shred the green and red cabbage.
  • Grate the carrots.
  • Slice the red onion thinly.
  • Chop the parsley and cilantro.
  • Put all vegetables in a large bowl.
  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil and vinegar.
  • Add mustard, honey, and garlic powder.
  • Mix in salt, black pepper, and a dash of red pepper flakes.
  • Pour dressing over the cabbage mix.
  • Stir thoroughly and allow it to sit for 15 minutes.
