Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups shredded American cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup diced green chilies
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pot on medium heat.
  • Add butter and let it melt.
  • Pour in the milk and heavy cream.
  • Stir until mixed well.
  • Add cheese slowly.
  • Keep stirring so it does not burn.
  • When melted, add green chilies and tomatoes.
  • Add all the spices.
  • Stir until smooth.
  • Add hot sauce and mix.
  • Take off heat when well blended.
  • Serve warm with chips.
