Cut the chicken and dry with a paper towel.
Put the chicken in a bowl with buttermilk.
Cover and keep in the fridge for 4 hours.
Mix flour, salt, and spices in a bowl.
In another bowl, mix eggs and milk.
Heat oil to 350°F in a pan.
Dip chicken in flour, then egg mix.
Dip it again in the flour.
Put the chicken in hot oil.
Fry for 12-15 minutes on each side.
Make sure the inside temperature is 165°F.
Take out and place on a wire rack.
Let it rest before serving.
