Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups green cabbage chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tbsp milk

Instructions
 

  • Chop the cabbage into small pieces.
  • Grate the carrots with a grater.
  • Put cabbage and carrots in a big bowl.
  • In another bowl, mix mayonnaise and vinegar.
  • Add sugar, salt, pepper, and celery seed.
  • Stir in milk to make it smooth.
  • Pour dressing over the cabbage mix.
  • Stir well so everything is mixed.
  • Wrap with plastic and let it chill for an hour.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use fresh cabbage for the best crunch.
  • Let the coleslaw chill for better taste.
  • Add more or less sugar to your liking.
  • Use more mayonnaise if you want it creamier.
  • A food processor makes chopping faster.
