  • 1 teaspoon gelatin powder
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract for cream
  • Fresh fruits chocolate sauce, or nuts for toppings

Instructions
 

Step 1: Make the Crust

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Mix flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Add melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla.
  • Stir to form a dough.
  • Roll the dough into a pizza shape.
  • Place it on a baking sheet and bake for 12 minutes.

Step 2: Make the Bavarian Cream

  • Heat heavy cream in a saucepan on low heat.
  • Mix cornstarch, sugar, and gelatin with water in a bowl.
  • Add this mix to the warm cream.
  • Stir until it thickens.
  • Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Assemble the Pizza

  • Spread the Bavarian cream on the baked crust.
  • Add toppings like fruits, nuts, or chocolate.
  • Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
