Ingredients
  

  • 1 and ½ pounds ground turkey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup chopped red onion
  • 1 garlic clove minced
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional Lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheese

Instructions
 

Step 1:

  • Put turkey in a big bowl.

Step 2:

  • Add mustard, oil, and Worcestershire sauce.

Step 3:

  • Mix gently with hands or spoon.

Step 4:

  • Add salt, pepper, parsley, onion, and garlic.

Step 5:

  • Mix again until all is combined.

Step 6:

  • Make 4 same-size burger patties.

Step 7:

  • Heat grill or pan to medium-high.

Step 8:

  • Cook burgers 5-6 minutes on each side.

Step 9:

  • Check with the thermometer—should be 165°F inside.

Step 10:

  • Let the burgers rest for 5 minutes.

Step 11:

  • Toast buns if you like.

Step 12:

  • Add toppings and enjoy the burger.

Notes

  • Don’t mix too much. It makes burgers hard.
  • Fresh parsley makes the taste better.
  • Make patties the same size to cook evenly.
  • Use a thermometer to be sure it’s safe.
